An herbal infusion is technically not a normal tea, but could be considered a special type of herbal tea. An herbal infusion tea is often steeped longer and uses a larger amount of herb.[1] However, herbal infusions often mean an oil that has been infused with herbs. The oil is then used for other purposes.[2]
